The guarantee in short

New customers of Minecraft Server Hosting and Discord Bot Hosting can get a full refund within 72 hours of their first purchase if they run into technical problems we cannot resolve. VPS plans have the same 72-hour window, with a few extra conditions.

The official policy

This page is a friendly summary. The full terms are in our Refund Policy, which is the document that applies.

Who qualifies

  • First purchase only. The guarantee covers your first service order. Renewals and additional services do not qualify.
  • Within 72 hours. Your request must reach us through the support ticket system within 72 hours of the service being set up.
  • Good standing. Your account must have no violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

By service

  • Minecraft hosting: a 100% refund if our team cannot resolve a network, hardware or control panel issue on your server.
  • Discord bot hosting: a 100% refund if our platform cannot run your supported bot runtime, or you have unresolved uptime problems.
  • VPS hosting: refundable within 72 hours of setup, as long as less than 50 GB of network transfer has been used and no IP blacklist or abuse flags were triggered.

What is not refundable

  • Dedicated servers
  • Domain registrations and transfers
  • Dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 addresses
  • Third-party software licenses such as cPanel, Plesk and Windows Server
  • Custom setup and migration fees
  • Cryptocurrency payments

A refund is also not available if the service was suspended for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, was used for mining, torrenting or unauthorised stress testing, or if you decline reasonable help from our team to fix a problem that can be solved.

How to request a refund

  1. Join our Discord server and open a support ticket.
  2. Choose Open Ticket, then the Billing Department.
  3. Title your ticket Refund Request - [Service Name / ID].
  4. Include your invoice number, your service ID and a short explanation of what went wrong.

Move quickly

The 72 hours count from when your service was set up, so open the ticket as soon as you decide the service is not working for you.

How long a refund takes

Once our billing team approves your request, refunds are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You then have two options:

  • Original payment method: the money returns through UPI, card or net banking. Your bank can take another 3 to 7 business days to show it.
  • Account credit: an instant refund as SysmoraCloud balance, with a 10% bonus you can use on any future plan or upgrade.

Please talk to us before a chargeback

Contact support first before disputing a payment with your bank, UPI app or payment gateway. An unauthorised dispute or chargeback leads to permanent suspension of your services and loss of any remaining credit or pending refund.
